I think with Bo gone, we have no option than to accept Miller. It doesn't look like with the run we are on, and the signings of Kuzmenko etc that we are blowing up the team. So, Petey n Miller for the push.
If they can’t get a boat load for a player who generates a lot offense like he does then you keep him.
Miller has been playing well
under Tocchet so the question is can he maintain this type of play for the next 3-4 years?
The Canucks had great elite core players in past teams. And a few good young talented players now.
If Miller can keep thriving under Toccet then he’s the perfect 2nd line C and later on could be the perfect 3line C when he grinding out the boards he gets hit done his face offs aren’t toooo bad but I don’t think you can compare a prime penguins core against this core Sidney,Malkin,Letang,Gonchar,The Flower and Murray were beasts in there prime like that team was fast hit hard and had skill with a tandem that was one of the bests at the time
miller is on pace for 90 points this year. he isn't going anywhere.
