    Think this is a win for both sides. The oilers are desperate to find some cap wiggle room, and this now gives them the option to run a full lineup also set up a trade, which is something they desperately need. Gonna be interesting to see how this one plays out, Oilers need defense, and now they are able to make something work if they get a little creative.

    There is no way they would not try Puljujarvi with Aho before play offs. So good trade for Carolina nothing to lose and so much potential. Just remember 2016 WJC.

    I wonder If they try to get Laine too before trade dead line…🤔

    Puljujärvi doesnt Even Make Canes starting lineup what madness drove them to this trade wasting 3 mil of cap Space instead of trying to get some player that would Make them better

    Definitely a win win trade. Oilers get to free up cap space and Carolina might be able to develop Jesse into a better player. I like that Carolina has so many Finnish player's and he won't have to be relied on as much as he was in Edmonton. This was the perfect location for him and I wouldn't be surprised is he takes the next step in the hurricanes system.

    The 4th overall in 2016 , going for a 3rd rounder 😂 and you said untapped potential,Edmonton had him 6 year , they couldn’t, great job on development oilers, he’s so happy to go to a actual cup contender

    I’m sure he will do better outside of Edmonton… there are players that just don’t fit certain rosters and it is unfair to call them busts (I believe he has a lot of potential)

    Ha ha ha this trade was just The best thing ho could happend to edmonton i havent seen a badder player in my hole life he is The badest player in nhl history NO cuestion about that im just telling The True nothing else 3 million dollar for puljujärvi for god sake he is not worth 20000 dollar in my yese so so extremly bad sorry n8w its just yamamoto ho have to be traded away also then maybe edmonton can go and win The Stanley cup
