    Actually, if all goes right the Liiga pre-season will start next month. There's a chance that Jurmo will at least get to play some practice games against men before the draft happens. Probably won't affect his ranking much though. Also interesting that you chose the Hurricanes to pick him since JYP already has 2 Carolina prospects playing for them (Anttoni Honka & Patrik Puistola)

    After seeing him this year playing JJ haves really good upside. I def can see him going 2nd round. Or in 3th he is a steal. Also can agree he needs 1-2 years on KHL or AHL.

    A cool video idea could be ranking each teams hockey market size. It's interesting how some places, like the Phoenix metro, are huge but are considered small markets. I always wondered which teams have the most fans, but that's not something thats easy to track or define.

    These prospect videos are getting old and tired Shannon. I did not like this one at all, and I don't even think you mentioned OHL team or Swedish hockey league team this person plays for. You just didn't build up any interest at all in why, no matter which NHL team I cheer for, I'd be interested in having this particular prospect on my team.

    I think that "hasn't played against men = risk" is a bit unfair. Almost no prospects from your side of the Atlantic has played against men. Does that mean all Canadian and American prospects are high risk? That said, this guy sure sounds like a risky pick, that could become great but could also end up not being an NHL player at all.

    People have to realize this kid is a third round draft pick. He is a huge project. I like the chance they took. This year was basically a write off for the Canucks in the draft. This kid has some thing special and hope he develops. That is the best hope for this kid.
