Blowout win for the Jackets because why not win against better teams when winning is counterproductive?
Lol. It doesn’t even need to be said.
If I had a nickel for every time I saw a comment snarking the jackets for playing well I wouldn’t have to work until the season opener.
Let’s have a good fun game where the odds are heavy against us
I’d like a close game where the kids look good but we ultimately lose in regulation.
I also pray for no more injuries. The boys have been hurt enough this year 🙁
So, as both a Jackets Fan and a Rangers Fan, it’s okay for me to want CBJ to lose since we’re in tank mode?
Hopefully we can win and wreck their team/goalie’s confidence going into the playoffs
Just remember: it’s possible to root for a loss *AND* celebrate when players on our team do great things during games
On goalies:
Tarasov is apparently probably out the rest of the season. I wondered if he had a lingering injury because it wasn’t making sense that he was playing as horribly as he was – even if he had a lousy game here and there, and was pretty inexperienced, he usually played really well and had some incredible saves.
Also how exciting it must be for Hutchinson to go from barely playing, to being essentially the starter and now starting at Madison Square Garden? To us its a great opportunity for the tank, but to him this is still probably a really cool moment for him.
Remember, getting last is the goal in order to avoid picking below 3OA
So excited for this season to be over. Being conflicted when the jackets win is exhausting. Let’s get one of these top 2 picks and move on. I’m ready to watch some playoff hockey.
