A totally gutless effort last night. How can they be sitting at game 71 and be questioning their identity? Really shows that this team has very limited leadership outside of Morrissey and maybe helly. A total rebuild of that core is long overdue. I don’t think Chevy should be the guy to do it but old habits around this organization die hard. This core pouts and crumbles anytime the stakes are raised. Sigh depressing times!!!

Even if this team makes it into the playoffs like a greasy Skidmark they are out in 4 at best. Chevy needs to be let go, At the draft they need to be sellers period! I don't think I've ever seen a team this mentally fragile in my life
To Matt's point….the Jets will not make the playoffs….I have said that since February…..this question is for everyone and anyone….Sweet Jesus what makes you think they can and will make the post season…its over….and I still stick to trading Dubois at the trade deadline…but like the rest of this team…Chevy is burying his head in the sand….And guess who is here Tuesday….yep…the Coyotes are pretty hot ….
When the Jets miss the playoffs Chevy needs to be fired quickly so we don't have to hear once again how he believes in this core, and how we fans don't know anything about roster building.
Bye-bye.
If the Jets makes the playoffs they sure don’t deserve to .. and neither does Calgary .
PAUL MAURICE looking like a genius – there was a reason why he quit here……😔 Time to dissect Chevy! Period
I want to report a murder!!!
Love Jeff Hamilton’s rants.
Rabbi Liebel is on point also.
I wonder what a Jets deal to the Red Wings for Hellebuyuk would look like? Maybe something like: Hellebuyuk + Jets 1st for Husso + Zandina + Detroit's 2 1st round picks. Would somethings along those lines make sense?
I'm making the assumption that the Jets 1st round pick will be later than the Islanders (which now belongs to the Red Wings).
Ouch.. can't believe that I drank the entire jug of 1st place kool-aid. at least I got a got a shout-out. Thanks Remo. PS:. It's still Matt's fault.. actually.. no, it's not. well maybe a bit
The Jets are a better team with Logan Stanley in the line up. They play tougher. Look at the Florida and Tampa Bay games. Tkachuk was restrained and in the Tampa Bay game when that little guy ran into Logan Stanley and he cross-checked him in the head it put a chill on the lightning and it seemed to take a lot of steam out of their game. That is not to say that Dylan Samberg isn't tough. or Dhilon can't fight but Logan Stanley is simply unpredictable. It gives other team something else to think about.
