I think 55 is as good as gone if the jets miss or wimper out of the playoffs. Exactly what Scott was saying. A chance to show some leadership and accountability was missed by not facing the music. Even when you’re pissed or don’t particularly care for the media. Fans deserve better and we see right through his hypocritical calls for accountability before the season started. Not a lot of leadership shown from key forwards in Winnipeg for many years.
HAPPPY ST PADDYS DAY WST
BILLICK BANG ON ABOUT 55 N ACCOUNTABILITY N TEAM SINKN
55 DONT DSERVE A LETTER NEVR MIND CAPN…NINO THO..HMMM
N YES HUS..WST NICE SHOWN ON TSN INTERMISSION 😮😅
I would far rather trade guys like Scheif & Ehlers for more like Nino & Barron instead of being endlessly frustrated waiting for our uber talented guys to finally play a complete 2-way game.
After talking all this week about the need for better puck management, etc we see Scheif & the gang come out and gift the Bruins with a beauty in the slot 1 minute in. Then Ehlers makes another dumb turnover resulting in a 2 on 1. Bingo, bango it's 2-0 and the game's over halfway through the 1st period.
So tired of this nonsense already. No wonder PoMo quit. These guys are not teachable.
Scoring the first goal in a game isn't a trend. This team has players that don't show up to play too many nights. You have too many players that want to pad there stats rather than do the work necessary to win games. You have players who have a history of not listening too the coach. The best team they had was 2014- 2015. They always pushed for the first goal. Then they pushed for the second goal. They played physical and always were pushing. This team can't even hold a lead of two goals.
Good show, and I think if the Jets don't make the playoffs, they will trade Scheifele and
some others, and totally rebuild this team. They will try to resign Helle, and keep
Morrissey, but the rest are on the table. Dubois will be gone after this season as well.
As for your NFL guy, Hacksaw, seems quite knowledgable on the NFL. All I can say,
is good move by the Packers to get rid of Aaron Rogers, as he pretty much finished.
He doesn't have the arm strength to throw the deep ball with accuracy and velocity
anymore, and his contract is way too high. Bad deal for the New York Jets. Also I've always liked Jimmy Garropollo, and wherever he's going, will get a good quarterback.
