Skinner has been the #1 since the season started. Kane returning is the same X factor that was missing until he was acquired last year. Now the team has two new additions that are filling other holes . Had to give up Barrie but I believe this team is bigger and better . The top team is the right measuring stick at this point. JP trade is one of the better trades we've done for one of our own. He's going from playoff team to playoff team and can play with his countrymen.
Campbell might turn up big for us come playoffs. If they can get far into the playoffs it'll be a good season. Of course the best season is to win it all.
As if Skinner being the number 1 goalie was in any doubt throughout the season so far. So excited to get Kane back. Good luck to Puljujarvi in Carolina!
Kane cannot be expected to do much for the next 5 or 6 games at a minimum. He’s been sidelined for too many games over the past year. If he somehow does manage to make even close to his full contribution, it will be a bonus. Could use some of his good stuff against Boston though.
