    The fines are pre-set in the CBA with a fine for the different kind of calls, % of salary, and a max fine limit.

    The problem is it looked like the slash was too the groin but wasn’t called correctly, should be a match penalty IMO.

    I think the dick slash was worse, but these fines are based on a maximum percentage of a player’s salary. It’s the same percentage, but Miller makes more money

    They’re both bad. Head damage will always be prioritized.
