    Kinda wondering if this is partially a cap move on our part so that we can pick up Meier. We’re about $4M below cap now and Meier has a hit of $6M currently. I’d almost prefer we use our 1st round picks for ourselves, because those should be guys that can step up in a couple years at a cheap price, but if Army’s planning on using them to make a swing for Meier this way I don’t hate it.

    So I know this was expected but can anyone tell me why? We could easily resign Barbie, is it that he didn’t want to come back, or he would ask for too much or what’s the story with him?

    Those are the only players left from our cup team.
