We are 3 points away from being 1st in the Central.. lol

  2. DrummerForTheOsmonds

Attending my first ever Wild game tomorrow, I’d appreciate it if we made it 5 in a row 😎

Here’s hoping that shutout is the boost that Flower needs. GG Wild bros.

  4. TheTree_43

WE HAVE THE BETTER GAUDREAU UPVOTE IF YOU AGREE

  5. echelon999

Well hopefully that gave Flower some confidence back cause he needed it. Still same scary Tend The Goal moments but a shutout is a shutout.

Nice shut out win, really wish Gus had gotten his shut out the other night, but hoping this gives Fleury some confidence back

I’m still aboard the Gus Bus and I think he’s #1 now but this is a very solid performance from MAF. Offense is still an issue and they cooled down after the first 10 minutes, but when the defense is so airtight it’s less of an issue. You also win games by allowing less goals as the boys did tonight.

Is It so wrong to expect this from MAF every time? Just imagine if both our goaltenders were on fire for the playoffs

  9. overusedHorsehead

This was a great first Hockey Game. What a goal by Kap!!!!

THE WILD HAVE WON IN REGULATION BY MULTIPLE GOALS FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE JANUARY 17TH!!!

    Here is what I learned:

The Blue Jackets are the worst team in the East and we looked pretty good but not dominant.

Hopefully this is just what MAF needed, however he still looked sketchy at times. Gus is solidified as #1, but this is great for MAF.

Mermis and Addison played well and GMBG/HCDE made the right call getting Brodin healthy.

    Excellent win. See ya’ll tomorrow

  12. Nice win, outside of a couple chances never really in danger. Happy for Flower to get the shutout! Won a game we were supposed to win and kept the points pace. Central is still wide open.

Tomorrow nights going to be a different story. Have to see how the young guns do against some bonafide superstars. Not likely but I am holding out hope Reaves is scratched, I want to see Beckman again.

My heart was racing all game and I’m just now realizing it’s probably from my new medication

  14. The_Only_Abe

Is Duhaime the second coming of V1Ctor?

  15. uberrainman

Overall solid effort against a really bad team. Felt like they could have given a knockout punch instead of letting them hang around but a win is a win.

  16. responsiblefornothin

Do the leafs leaf tomorrow or do the wild Minnesota sports it up?

  17. jordynbebus8

need more than 2 goals most nights but a win is a win

  18. SeventhStreetSavages

GMBG: dafuq am I supposed to do here?

  19. Mysterious_Nobody_35

Uneventful after the first? Sure. But it definitely gets the job done.

  20. KaprizFox

If the Wild make the playoffs, Gustavsson and Fleury need to split the Hart Trophy. Please and thank you

Now can the Canucks game end so we can announce the Brock Boeser homecoming…..

    (half joking)

  21. Flashyone3

    30 saves and a shutout
Wild Reddit fans: “He could have been better. Nice job Gaudreau!

    This is becoming laughable 🤣

  22. Wildguy2298

Thank you Fleury that ought to shut the haters for a little bit.

  23. SoSneaky91

The central is shaping up to be very stressful at the end of the season

I like Addison a lot and I think he will blossom into a really solid player. I was reading in another thread that Addison was a little sassy in a post game interview a few games ago, and that he may have a bit of an attitude. Gorgy Interviewed Addison tonight and he asked him why he clicked so well with Mermis on his line, Addison replied “he talks” and then went on, ending it with “I think talking is the biggest thing”. It almost seemed like he was making a statement towards other people he’s played with. As if someone doesn’t talk.

In the last thread I read that Spurgeon said Addison never asks him any questions on how to improve his game. People in that thread read it as if Addison wasn’t utilizing a great resource available in Spurgeon. But Addison’s comments tonight seem to indicate maybe there isn’t great communication between him and some other players. I don’t know, just an observation.

Fun fact: Flower hadn’t shut out Columbus before tonight. He’s down to Vegas, St Louis, and us that he hasn’t shut out in his career.

I don’t really see it happening for him at this point, but it would be kind of poetic for him to retire here, having shut out every team but the Wild.

  26. Panarin10

This was a must win and that’s exactly what the Wild did.

  27. Tiger5804

This is why I told everyone to calm down after we went on a short losing streak
