Holland has been doing, and is doing a fantastic job. A couple of bad moves along with several really good ones is about as good as any GM could do in the 3 years he's been here. Doing an idiodic trade to appease fans would be really stupid, and Holland isn't going to do that.

I disagree. Losing in the second round after selling the whole bloody farm would be WAY WORSE. You strike me as kinda short sighted, at best.
