  1. The only thing better than the Leafs losing is that moment when the Leafs are annually eliminated from the playoffs. The funniest part of the video ws wtahinc Dingle and the Canadian announcers calling for the goal to be disallowed because of a high stick. I guess the league can't always bail your team out. What a joke!

  2. I wonder if the Leafs will catch up to the number of blown multi-goal leads lost that the Canucks have.

  3. It seems the greatest weakness of the Leafs is a poor defence. They are too slow to anticipate, they are too interested in checking instead of concentrating on the puck, they should never have two Leafs going after an opponent in the corner while leaving another opponent open, they lack discipline, quick thinking and anticipation. As for the offence, never shoot the puck directly at the goalie. What's the point of that? Until they thoroughly develop these skills, they will never win the Stanley Cup. As for the league, how often do you see goalie's poke-check? Intercept a puck in their crease? Or dive on a loose puck? Half the time they don't seem to know where the puck is. I realize it's an extremely fast game, that's why anticipation should priority number 1.

  4. Is this the first time they clipped a stream? Good for people like me who always forget he streams games sometimes

  5. Have been a leafs fan since 1970. Simply put Toronto has not had a top D-Man for over 40 years. They do not possess one now. The leafs as they are constructed now are better prepared for Ice Capes than the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

  6. Well Steve, you are slowly becoming a jaded middle-aged Leafs fan like us 40+ guys. πŸ™‚ sad you didnt get to see 92-94. At least we had that. You, you have a whole heap of ##$#

  7. Of all the things the Leafs have and haven't done in the last 50-odd years, THIS was unforgivable?

  8. Advice to Mr. Coach from Toronto: Your defense consists of good fawns forming a thatched fence. Find one moose (for example as Vincent Desharnais in Edmonton) so that the good fawns will turn into real moose and create a stone wall defense. Relying on a goaltender and a thatched fence in the playoffs is extremely frivolous and mathematically wrong. Quod erat demonstrandum.
