Guerin is a players GM. The expectations and environment are known to all. With this, the Wild will be formidable for years and anything to push the train off the tracks will not happen. He won’t take a high end prospect trade to fill a temporary hole in the roster. These players deserve the opt to show what they can or can’t do and time will tell. As for Hartman, why not see if we can re-spark him. While he hasn’t necessarily deserved to move up, why not give a shot. Steel has been killing the line by not finishing and his lost draw the other night led to a direct goal for AZ. It’s time for a change. If they slide through the week, bring up the Walker’s / Rossi’s and see if they can rejuvenate the team.
I’m with Gorg, I think the Wild play a solid game tonight, just need someone else to start scoring besides the 5-6 players carrying the load.
