Felt sorry for Simmons looking so foolish. Why fight a guy just because he scored a critical goal – at the completely wrong time near the end of a close game? I figured Bruins had the game when Leafs decided to instigate a pathetic fight, rather than focus on attempting to tie the game & force OT. The Bruins really expose the Leaf team structural weaknesses 1) no top pairing defence men and 2) smaller overpaid wingers. On the good side, Marner’s goal was a great shot from a very good pass. Go Leafs go! Looks like Leafs should continue searching for a 1A goalie also.
