Greetings Rangers fans! Remove if irrelevant; have you ever wondered the NHL was like during the Founding Era(1917-1942)? I made a video of the last players of NHL teams that are no longer in the league which includes the defunct team the New York Americans! I hope y’all can give it a watch!

I did this kinda project in college! was neat doing a deep dive into the infant years of the league. good video!
One of the more interesting things I learned from Larry Brooks is that players used to face each other horizontally at the face off dots. This was done up until the 40s when they changed it to how they face now.

love the founding era. Wish there was more content about it, like there is for baseball, etc.
