    Oh man, I didn’t know Bellmare’s mother passed away this week. He got choked up in the post game interview, I got teary eyed when he said she would have been proud of him. Class act and really happy he got a goal.

    Fuckin hell, postgame interview with Belley…his mom passed just this week.

    I want to formally rescind every criticism of his game I made earlier this season when he was struggling. I can only imagine that if she was sick this past year, hockey was the last thing he was thinking about.

    And I hope we can all remember that it’s only a game. My condolences, Bellemare.

    I’m nervous for the rest of the league that the team has found their stride. Think it’s too early to tell but we’ve had 3 really solid games against good teams, Perbix is back and swinging that big dick energy. Hedman is back in form. Kuch is playing like a man possessed.

    I don’t want to count my chickens before they hatch, but things are looking good lately

    Edit: oh yeah, how about Paul in the face-off circle 0.800????
