NLYLANDER’s style reminds me of’ Guy Lafleur….. that OT goal had the speed and elegance of Lafleur…… and his third period goal had the tenacity of Diego Maradona!

When your hot, pucks go in even by the hand of God!

The Leafs are just 4-7-1 in OT.

Nylander has 2G and a primary 1A in OT this season. Only failing to score/contribute on the first winner scored by Robertson.

He is the one guy getting it done in OT this season a place where the team has looked pretty bad this season.

When the rest of the team seems to clam up in important moments (i.e. playoffs & OT), Nylander remains absolutely cool and collected.

Absolutely clutch player. This being his contract year breaks my heart.

What will he ask for to sign with us again? 11? 12?

Honestly, Willy was playing poorly until he got tripped on the breakaway. Nice move on the pk and then was insane every single shift. Seemed like a switch flipped.

To be fair, messing up the powerplays sorta took the sails out of everyone.
