i agree with your take on the labanc benching.
i disagree with 44:36.
good leadership means to actively encouraging the „right“ behaviour. the scientific results in this field tend to support the opinion that positive reeinforcement works better than the negative. that does not mean you don‘t critisize them if they do a bad job.
so imo if you are not hearing from your boss when your doing a good job, is just not good leadership.
