I was in a bar in Montreal and bumped into him as I was stumbling out of the bathroom. I looked up at maybe the most intimidating human on earth at the time. So I says “hey asshole, you got a problem?”
But it came out like “sorry, my fault” because oh my GOD he was a monster. RIP.

RIP Gino. Unfortunately not a total surprise, as he’d been in poor health for years. In fact, back in the mid-2010’s he’d actually been given only months more to live. Glad he was able to stick around for a while longer, but still sad to see him go.
