Patrik Laine’s Hat Trick Carries Columbus Over Detroit | Red Wings 3rd Period Comeback Falls Short

The Detroit Red Wings came out flat footed on Saturday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. They allowed 4 unanswered goals and a hat trick to Patrik Laine before waking up. Detroit scored 3 unanswered goals themselves courtesy of Olli Maatta, Jake Walman, and Lucas Raymond in the 3rd, but it was too late. Previewing the game against the Colorado Avalanche. #lgrw

  1. 2 Goals were 100% on Seider. Time and again he is trying to do too
much while meanwhile making high school level mistakes and leaving guys wide open

The goal after Husso’s rebound was 100% due to Erne just standing there and leaving a forward alone to hack in the rebound. Erne combining his utter incompetence with pure laziness is definitely cut worthy
