  1. Leafs would be nuts to let go of Bunting. Bunting would be nuts to leave Toronto. He is a great player but he works perfectly in this system.

  2. The Leafs rarely commit to their players long term, they seem to consider it too risky to bet on a player and only want to commit for as short a period as they have to.

  3. Bunting is on PP1 now, which for me hints that he’s part of the core. He’s exactly what they were missing all these years. They’d be foolish to let him walk.

  4. Easy… Team friendly hometown discount contract of 8 years 11 million per year!!! BOOK IT!!!

  5. If any normal person had the same medical situation as Hamlin not one dollar would be raised but because he’s a pro athlete people are giving 7 million?

  6. Another leaf headline on a non leaf podcast.

At the end of the day its truly nothing to lose sleep over, but you cant help but notice it. Its these small things which lead to everyone disliking the team.

  7. I expect Kerfoot to go. I know the trade rumors have been hot on Kerfoot for years but I never believed them and they were wrong. But I think signing Jarncrok to 4 years at a lower cap hit has pushed Kerfoot out of the cap commitment rotation. It wouldn't surprise me at all that he gets traded at the deadline along with a 1st to acquire a rental. For example, with the cap accrural so far and Kerfoot's 3.5 million, they could acquire Patrick Kane.

  8. Mishkov was injured earlier this season, and his season started in September I believe and finishes in March/April. Mr Hanlon seemed to do alright for previous russian player, didn't he?? I'm about to forget, the teams we didn't see besides Russia was Belorus and Belorusians have players already over here, in both USHL and CHL, no joke.

  9. The Vancouver Connor Hockey jersey? Blasty Bedard jersey? Bedard holding the Oil Can jersey? Bedard Senator jersey? Bedard walking the Coyote jersey?
