Honestly it's okay to pick DJ but not that early and should have been developed with another OC or coach. Not Judge or Shermer. Imagine if they got the right coach and GM that would have developed DJ properly and was able to have a proper O Line.
In short, it should have been done earlier.
I remember week 4 or week 5 they all were laughing at the giants making the playoffs..

Jones is mid tier for me now. But he will be top tier next year for as long as he doesn’t get injured. I think that he will finish this season with a 94 passer rating and a bumped up career passer rating of 86.8-86.9. Next season, I think that he could post a passer rating of 100 or more if he doesn’t get injured.

All I know is Daniel Jones was and is better then Dwayne Haskins ever was and in glad that nonsense has been stopped
It's also unfortunate for him that the Giants have not given him any help even at full strength shepherd is good but he is no number one and also he has had to deal with a garbage O-line for most of his career and it's been all on him

It's funny that when Jones, Haskins and Kyler Murray all came into the draft, all the sports media clowns were down on Daniel Jones. Fast forward 4 years, Haskins is out of the league, Murray might not ever be the same after a bad leg injury and Daniel Jones is the only guy starting in the playoffs.

Max is right, take this into consideration folks. Darius Slayton started off as a number 5 on a team with Kenny Golloday (shell of former self) KT (good but I injury prone) sterling Shepard (good but injury prone) and Wandale Robinson (good but he's out and played like 5 games coming off a injury lol) and now, Darius Slayton is the number one option, with practice squad players like Ritchie James at 2 and Hodgins at 3 who is also a practice squad player. So these anchors questioning max don't even know the basics lol
