  1. Bo deserves to be on an elite team.1 of the hardest working players in the NHL

  2. In a pre-cap world that made sense and didn't screw over franchises with the capital to fully fund a competitive team, the Canucks would just sell off these assets to a team like the Rangers, Bruins, Hawks or another big market team or contender for whatever the market was and be done with it. Unfortunately, let's face it. Gary Bettman and the owners wanted a Salary Cap because they didn't want the embarrassment of eventually losing even a small handful of franchises in unsustainable markets. Even when the Coyotes have a rare competitive team, they still can't even break even. They don't even have an NHL rink to play in. This is why the NHL will never be seen as competitive with other leagues like the NFL, NBA or MLB. The NHL is more interested in their TV deals and obsessed with what they see as a big market that they aren't interested in servicing the fans they actually have.

  3. For Colorado it’s going to take Newhook at the minimum. Probably including a Defenceman. The Devils have a lot of young talent they could make a trade work, but probably Niko Hichier would be coming back for Bo.

  4. It might be possible to flex Hughes to wing since the man can score from anywhere. I agree devils should go after a true winger but hey I wouldn’t complain having horvat as a second line center. Some guys on the devils sure aren’t returning that’s for sure. But if you’re looking for futures Casey, first round, and probably a guy like Mercer. I know devs fans are gonna hang me for it lol

  5. Bo for Boston bruin fabian lysell 19 year old high top 6 player with good upside and 2 first round picks because realistically Boston wants to be good for 1 or 2 more years while they still have this aging core

  6. There is a rumor that Tampa Bay has interest in Bo Horvat. The trade is Horvat, Miller, Schenn to Tampa Bay for Mikhail Sergachev, Vlad Namestikov, and Alex Killorn. The money is within $ 800, 000 of each other. The Lightning would resign Horvat at $ 8.5 million what they were going to pay Sergachev next Season. Sergachev would be a cornerstone defenseman the Canucks need. Killorn and Namestikov are free agents after this season so that would give the Canucks room payroll side next season to maneuver. Schenn and Miller are former Lightning players. Great Deal for both teams

  7. I think the Canucks find a way to keep Bo, but trading him to New Jersey isn’t a bad idea. Like getting Holtz or Mukhamadullin, and a 1st would be spicy.

  8. You must not get to watch many Devils games. Haula takes the face-offs for Jack. So I could definitely see that Upgrading over Haula

  9. To NJ:

    Quinn Hughes
    JT Miller
    Luke Schenn

    To Van:

    Simon Nemec
    Alexander Holtz
    Thomas Tatar
    Damon Severson
    2023 1st rd pick

  10. not to sure where Bo will land at the deadline…. but its almost a certainty that he will be a bruin by next season… the finances and future direction of that team allow it to be

  11. Canucks should just tear it all down. Unite the three Hughes brothers, How cool would that be?

Hughes, Horvat, Podkolzin for Mercer, Holtz, Nemec, Sigengthaler
Demko, Rathbone to the Kings for Quick, Kupari and Durzi
Boeser? for the best pick you can get
Jt. Miller, maybe to CBJ for Roslovic? get the cap space back and tank for a few years.

  12. Avs have some solid prospects. Olousson, Foudy, Burke, and especially Sean Behrans. Plenty of solid prospects for your nucks

  13. I feel like Quinn would be a monster on the devils and honestly as a Canucks fan I don’t want to see Quinn and Petey ruin there careers by staying with this team the next 5-6 year this team won’t be a playoff team I wonder what happens

  14. Hi my name is Shahid & this is my case, can I ask you something very important for sure definitely ? Yeah of course actually at this stand point, well I don't own why specifically, Actually If I would be not to support the General Manager role position. becailly They decide that their best players Not involve with between the Devils or Avalanche with their own interest in Horvat ability I would not Ingratiate than long way off until March 3rd deadline is not official yet conform it those teams involve with Toronto is perfect fit solution their to make change . I would put him their Eventually Ps If you were in that position Horvat agent will he accept his term unable to agree on Balance both ways different team who need to ingratiate his interest in his opinion have my improvel & decision to move on especially in Toronto that level. I would put him their get through into deadline. that's what I believe in this case. I want to edit on thing. I would rejected it both between the Devils or Avalanche. & I would join with Toronto is perfect idea to make new next chapter. That's what I expected to happen.

  15. I think if NJ makes any moves at or before the deadline, it's going to be depth moves. If NJ makes the playoffs this year, we're playing with house money. NJ probably will be big players in free agency. Plus no offense to Bo, we've got our first 2 centers in Nico and Jack.

  16. Mock trade because I can:

To NJ: Bo Horvat (signs long-term)
    Danila Klimovich
    Luke Schenn

    To VAN: 2023 1st rd (20-32 pk)
    2024 3rd rd
    Shakir Mukhamadullin
    Damon Severson

  17. Bo would center a line with jack hughes, jack isn't great on face offs, and needs a really good shooter who isn't a def liability

  18. Holtz isnt in the AHL.. hes in the NHL, Bo was picked when Lou traded for Schnieder that set us back for a decade..

  19. I could see this happening because a lot of times Haula is playing center while Hughes is on the wing because if face offs problems Hughes has. Now if Horvat comes he will be the second line center with Hughes on his wing.

  20. Bo will be gone for just a rental and he won't even get what the alleged trade value for Milsy was last year, but they will probably get a first and a crappy prospect. Colorado is the most likely suitor for a rental, as their window for a repeat is ripe as McMackinnon's new contract will destroy the team like Mcdavid's did in Edmonton starting next year. Truth be told it is already destroying the team cuz the rest of the players know they will not be able to get a descent contract in the future and that destroys morale. The mind set of the team makes a big difference to the results, see Vancouver Canucks. As a rental having insurance up the middle aka three centers is a really good strategy cuz you can always play one on the wing if need be and is the real reason Colorado is doing so poorly. Bo is going to be available for every team going into the playoffs because it won't take much cap space at all so there will be lots of suitors just not many willing to pay up, that is why he probably goes at the deadline as they try to squeeze out every drop of blood they can get for Captain Bo. Still don't think there are many teams to really pay up for a rental with the reality of a flat cap era and the huge value of draft picks that keeps increasing in value in a flat cap environment. Cap is king and draft picks are the heir to the throne, literally.
