Bjork is going to be one of those players who’s always injured. At his size, it’ll only be a matter of time before he takes a couple of big hits and spends more time on LTIR than he does playing. Yeah, he’ll be good for a bit, but after a season or two, he’ll become a waste.
Also, I don’t think the Jets should give up this year just yet. I feel like they should make one more run at it. They just need a few proper tweaks to the roster: bring up some younger guys over the old, slow ones, and get a different coach who can adapt to what’s happening. Arneil doesn’t seem to have the experience to coach a team through the playoffs; he didn’t try anything and just kept running the same lines over and over. You can’t keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.

Interviewing Carels and not Malholtra is just good sense. There's at least a 10% chance Carels will be available at 8. Most likely to go at 5 or 6, which isn't too costly a move up to get a local with star potential.
Losing the best goalie in the world due to mismanagement by the GM and chipman and your focus is what can we get instead of how do we correct what got us here. Another bottom feeder with a $10 budget and 0 skills.
