6. I agree. I also picked Vegas to win. They are so structured. And they have the talent edge.
   PS: the reason Carolina can throw 30 plus shots on net a game but still have an abysmal PP is due to their system. At 5 on 5 even strength they can just throw that relentless pressure at you in waves and it's hard to keep their shot total low but it's a bit misleading because their actual talent level as far as offensive explosiveness isn't as great as alot of other teams. That isn't to say they have no offensive talent. But certainly it's not at the level of a Vegas GK. Aho and Svechnikov are probably their best offensive players and those guys have not been very loud in the postseason. As opposed to Eichal and Marner and Stone etc on the other side just killing it time and again. If Carolina is to have any chance to win this series those top guys have to wake up. If Aho and Svech are invisible, Carolina will lose. Ehlers at least looked good in that first game so that's positive but they need more. Stankov and Hall are nice but again, they need more.

10. I deeply enjoyed it, as a knights fan I will be shocked if it ends before 6 games. while hopeful that Knights win the cup, its Carolina with how good they are you can't count them out. I'd love to see Mitchy get conn smyth tho. Aho didnt seem to be around much for Carolina, or I missed it. When Torts went to Hart at the end of the regular season I didn't think Vegas was gonna even make the playoffs or get swept in 1st round with hart in goal, boy was I wrong.

31. Canes PP has been their Achilles heel since forever. PP1 specifically this year, which is the Aho line. Too much perimeter passing, not enough shooting, and too many D mistakes trying to keep the puck in (Nikishin particular is guilty of this). Ghost had a really bad one last night too. Agree that if they can’t get it together they’re screwed, even if the PK is as good as it is…though a shorty there would help negate the PP. Still think they can pull it out but it isn’t going to be easy.
