This team needs a new core, a severely less predictable play style, and some serious help.
They took the bag from Buffalo for longest drought, and from what I'm seeing, this team isn't gonna see the playoffs for at least 3 or 4 more years by the looks of it.

Larkin has 1 5v5 goal in his past 42 games. pathetic. until this team has a real leader as captain, they will continue to lose

So easy to see the frustration in Todd's face that too many of these players lack the drive to win.
