I just wanted to ask two questions if you could train direct chest and back compounds would you over your current training? I think you look amazing and just wanted your honest advice. So Matt, if your injuries would have only allowed you to do back (for example) would you have just been slamming back this whole time? Or were you lucky that it was just arms because you are particularly passionate about training arms? I ask cuz my elbows are f*** and I could zero in on other stuff but not really arms.
