I think this is just a bang bang hockey play. Gregor is looking to finish his check cleanly, and Yakemchuck tried to duck it at the last second and unfortunately gets clipped. I think the penalty and even the major are ok calls here but this was not intentional and not worthy of suspension.
Looks like he could've went shoulder to shoulder, but decided to let up and hit him with his head at the last moment.
I'm tired of these multimillionaires being scared of contact and diving to draw penalties. It's getting people hurt, and it's embarrassing our whole nation.

Anders Lee crushed Josh Norris in the Sabres Isles game on the 31st. There was a lot of hubbub amongst Sabres fans saying it should have been a call.
