Which Drought Sabres are STILL Loved?!? | The Jeremy and Joe Show

Jeremy White and Joe DiBiase kick things off on the day the Sabres drought could end by looking back on the drought era and asking which player/coaches/executives are still looked at fondly by the fan base. They start with former coach Don Granato as a name that fans still have an appreciation for, and Joe names Linus Ullmark as another reference.

  1. Don definitely started this team rolling, unlocked Tage and brought Dahlin’s confidence back. After 22-23 Adams didn’t do a god damn thing. Left Don hanging. Sabres got younger somehow after they missed by 1 point, which was unacceptable.

Did I want to move on from Don at the end of it? Yes. But I think Adams sitting on his hands doomed him as well.

  2. Girgensons, Anderson, Reinhart, Skinner, Ullmark, and for more of a reach is Cozens and Mittelstadt since they had memorable moments, but just sadly didn't pan out.

  3. can't believe it took so long to say Girgenson. Played hard every game through the worst of times.
