This puck tracking camera is trippy but kinda cool. Reminds me of the instagram edits that focus on the players head at the center of the screen. Gives a different perspective of the game and accentuates how smooth the players are. Would never want it as the broadcast view but it is cool for some alternate highlights

These automated camera trackers are so bad. The focus on the puck makes it seem like shaky found footage from cloverfield or blair witch project. The camera should be focusing on the centre of the play, not the centre of the puck!

Can we ignore that camera angle for a bit and talk about Macklin possibly winning the Hart this season he’s been unreal. Sharks would be nowhere near a wildcard spot without him.

Use this camera sparingly please, we didn’t even get to see the celebration after the first goal because the puck was on the opposite side of the ice. Or add something like “puck tracking cam” to the title so people know what they’re getting into
