I'm with Hayes and O. As an individual player and his contribution to the team, there's at most a handful of players who have been more important to staying within reach of a playoff spot. If he plays "backup average" they're 6-7pts out instead of 1-2. If he plays "backup bad" they're 10-12pts out and already out of reach. He's stolen them more points in 16 games than most of the team in 40+
