Sens No Show In Florida.

The Sens needed a win. Instead, they delivered one of their worst performances of the year.

Unacceptable. Flat out.

The Sens had everything to play for — and completely no-showed in Florida. Down 2-0 in a minute… 5-0 before the first period was halfway through.

Linus Ullmark gets pulled, but this was a full team collapse. No urgency. No pushback. In a game they had to have.

With the playoffs on the line, this effort just can’t happen.

Plus — another injury scare on the blue line as Carter Yakemchuk leaves the game after a dangerous hit.

Now what?

    I have to agree with Wally here, you have to send a message to the rest of the league that you can't just take liberties on stars, or future stars of the team.
    Intentional or not (which is Yorkie's argument as far as I can tell), you must send a msg. I don't like that fact, I wish you didn't have to, but we all know the league won't do anything about it. You have to be self justifying, every team is if they want to protect their stars.

    There’s been too much losing. The rebuild took too long. Brady, Timmy are just tired of it. Too many years. Brady goes to 4 Nations and gets a taste of something better. He was never right after that.

    1-2 yrs ago big clean hits required a fight every time. Now a guy gets knocked unconscious and nothing happens.

    Did Stoner Ullmark gave away the game from the start on purposely to get back at Green and other teammates? Felt like it since he was smerking after the fifth goal.

    Not saying the rumours are true but Ullmark has poisoned that dressing room. You can see the body language of the players

    Great insight, Yorkie! I was thinking the exact same thing regarding the room. If just feels like something is not right. There's disconnection for sure. Their play, their system fell off a cliff 4 games ago. Night and day! I guess that lines up with Chabot's injury.

    i was high on brady pre draft unlike most sens fans…but I'm thinking if we can get a great package for him it might be time to move on. That and see if there's any options for Ullmark…he's obviously too much of a liability going forward. Hopefully make Timmy the captain and hope for the best.

    Where the hits are totally different, yes. But your Rookie in his 3rd game gets carried off by your Captain, someone should have hit someone right after the next faceoff. Brady was non-existent last night.

    The main issue in last years offseason was a RIGHT SHOT NHL DEFENSEMAN.

    Now, here we are a full season done and what do they need? ANY NHL DEFENSEMAN.

    Staois has a lot to answer to this offseason but won’t since it’s all just word salad and meaningless words.

    The communication break down wasn't between Linus and Spence, it was between Linus' brain and his body. Spence thought Linus was going to play it because Linus went to play it, then changed his mind. It was the perfect fake out!
