"We're going to do a thorough and extensive search for a gm"….."10 minutes into a zoom call we knew he was the guy"….💁🏻♂️
I have a gut feeling that Mr Parsons is gonna be a dolphin soon.
When u bring in winners in u win. .
They braught down to miami is a winning culture in green bay. Packers.
If the fins have jerry jones money the fins. Would be a very scarry team.
few years, how about 26 years. This is our guy we had to have him, while he looks at his notes to get his name correct. lmao
I’m stoked this is happening! As a fan base we need this. Not gonna expect much from the jump as we build. But I’m gonna enjoy the show and rise to the top!! Phins up!!! 🐬
Bring back Mike McDaniel and Make tua the starter
As a packers fan, these are true football guys. No one can predict success, but they have a lot traits to be optimistic about
Hopefully they can bring some of that Green Bay winning culture to Miami
Coming from a Packers fan, Love Hafley, but never saw him in a suit…makes dudes dome look huge! 🤣
Yeah…Tyreek Hill is definitely gonna be gone before next season
Goodbye, cheetah 😢 🐆
I’m a bills fan but this guy looks legit.
As a dolphin fan here , we go again😊
Im Numb….no confidence in any decision Ross makes. Show me on the field.
Panthers fan he's too emotional doesn't sound like a head coach I could be wrong but doesn't seem genuine
He'll be a oc in two years
He's boring
I meant gm he's weak
Coach sounds ok
After 40 years of this crap, SHOW ME. You ain't got it right YET, but this time will be different.1st time GM, 1st time coach, both with avg records but this time will be different. Upside down salary cap BUT this year will be different. No starting cornerbacks But this will be different. Long as US fans will continue to suffer mediocrity and buy tickets, This is what we will get. I hope I'm wrong but doubt it. Did we really need to involve Troy Aikman in this decision ? wow.
Tua getting traded for Mac jones
"The culture of competition, hard work, resilience, and love for each other [chokes up] will bounce of the walls of this place day in and day out, till you can't deny what we're about."
Yeah, I'm all in.
Miami is so lucky. Good luck Haf!
As a Packers fan, with these two… if they don’t succeed, it will not be their fault…
To Dolphins fans… wait until you hear this guy actually talk ball… you’re gonna love Haf!
Perfect time for this out-of-touch owner to make the permanent switch back to throwback uniforms. 20 years of ownership includes 0 playoff wins all while replacing one of the most classic looks in NFL history with a horrific arena league style logo and uniforms
The dolphins will never be successful with Ross calling the shots. If he gets out these guy's way, only then could it be possible. A narcissist will never let it happen.
I don't know I have to see it work right now it looks like another weird hire for head coach that has no experience I'm a true fan I heard all the past hires sound like this
He knew in ten minutes that he was the guy via zoom 🤔🤔🤔🤔 that's scary to me. it took Ross 12 years to see the last gm wasn't it. this could be bad
Coach Hafley could he the guy to change Tua. McDaniel helped him get out of his shell, but this guy could help make him a winner. FINS UP
They need to stay genuine and make choices that reflect wanting to win when Gms and coaches start making decisions to keep a job or get a promotion/ hire somewhere else you lose the locker room
As long as Steven Ross is the owner the dolphins won't win a super bowl
The Packers organization is an absolute train wreck and that’s why these two guys got the heck out of there. I don’t blame them and they’re also gonna have much better weather than they were in Green Bay.
phins up
2023 was a fun year up until December, most fun as a Fin fan since 84’, wanted to give Mike another go…but these guys look and sound to be exactly what we need here. I like them both. Welcome to the Phins…fins up!
Bring back the throwback jerseys
I say this as a long-time Chiefs fan. I know what it's like to be irrelevant. I know what it's like to, year after year, hope and pray, but know deep down you didn't have a chance.. the dolphins have been down bad, for a LONG time. It's like generational trauma and dysfunction, it's really hard to escape and break that cycle. It took KC getting the right coach to turn around the culture. It brought us to respectability. Then we got the right QB, and paired him with that coach. And everything changed. Now, (well not THIS year, but the last 7-8 years) we're the most dominant team of this era. I never could have imagined this type of success, from all my scar tissue as a little kid cheering for the Chiefs. But it all starts with changing the culture. If the dolphins can do that, it will set everything else in motion. The Chiefs enjoyed being atop the AFC west for a long time, and benefited from a weak division for a few years. The AFC East has been the same way for 2+ decades. The Patriots dominated it for so long. Then the baton was taken by Josh Allen, and the bills have ran that division for the last few years. Now the Patriots are making a come back, and that division will be very competitive for the years to come. Similarly, the chargers and Broncos had to find the right coaches to turn those teams around, and now the AFC west is one of the most competitive divisions in football. It just makes it a more meaningful season. If the dolphins can get going the right direction, and become competitive in that division, that will make for a other 3 horse race division. The league is better when teams are serious. Unfortunately, the dolphins haven't been that serious for a while. This Chiefs fan is wishing you guys the best of luck.
Audio needs to get fixed in these press conferences terrible
Not a Dolphin fan but it looks like you got a great coach. Good luck, sincerely hope lots of Ws are in your future!!
I’m so jealous Dolphins fans! I really wanted to see Hafley be our HC in GB. He’s going to awesome. Guess I got to root for the dolphins now (other than when they play the Packers!)
All eggs in the same basket. As die hard Packers fan, excited for them. Unfortunately, it will take a few years for them to get to Patriots level. But still, Fins up!
As a lifelong Dolphins fan all I can say is I can only hope.
Even though I'm not a fan of any NFL team, I don't think Jeff Hafley is a good hire because he was mediocre at Boston College when he was their head coach. They went 22-26 under him. He will probably get fired after 1-2 seasons.
Why wait this long to fire Grier and all his mishaps Ross?
I don't think Jeff Hafley is the right hire
I like it men.
Passion, toughness, belief, accountability, family, culture.
And not one single uhh or umm.
These two are football guys.
Sully, Haf… let’s go then.
FINS UP! 👊🏻
Dolphins lead the League in 4-Heads….
Fuckn buddy system ! Smh
