RECIPE FOR CHICKEN SUPREME: 5pc Maple Leaf Prime® Raised Without Antibiotics Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (8oz per) ¼ cup Olive Oil 1 tbsp Garlic (Minced) 10 pc Sundried Tomatoes (Diced) 14oz Frozen Spinach (thawed/water squeezed out) ¾ tsp Salt ¾ tsp Black Pepper Pinch Dried Thyme ½ cup Goat Cheese ½ cup Sour Cream ½ tsp Fresh Chopped Thyme ½ tsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary Pinch Smoked Paprika Warm the ½ of the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, for about 1 minute. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook until combined, about 2 more minutes. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl. Add the goat cheese and the sour cream. Stir to combine and set aside. Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket under the wing of the chicken breast. Stuff each pocket with 1/4 of the spinach and sun-dried tomato mixture and close the supreme around the stuffing. Season the outside of the Supreme with thyme, rosemary, garlic, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. In a preheated oven set to 425F, roast the chicken for 20-25 min or until you reach an internal temperature of 165F.
