The thing is he had enough time to not follow through with the hit since Mcbain cleared it. And he left his feet a bit. The intention I’m sure was to give a good hit and not hurt but still. This head hunting in the nhl needs to stop
I’m not sure it’s a late hit, he seemed to be coming fast and the other player turned into him, but he left his feet and not due to contact, he jumped.
When Wilson turns somebody into a vegetable he is going to say he did not mean it. He is a good enough player to not have to resort to this junk. IMO this is a penalty worthy of suspension as he left his feet to hit a defenceless player who did not have the puck.

I don’t know what’s worse, Wilson trying to kill somebody or Craig Simpsons annoying ass voice. Kind of a toss up at this point.

Guy didn’t even have a chance to defend himself, Tom left his feet, and he hit him right in the head. Hard to argue that one’s clean

He needs to be suspended for the rest of the year. It was a cheap shot.
