Tuned in hoping to hear of Drury's departure. Huge disappointment. Never have I ever seen a GM on any team declare a fire sale – openly to the entire world – after winning the President's trophy, and having a wealth of outstanding albeit ageing talent. He's a fucking clown and should be fired and permanently banned from the team.

I was at the Game in Toronto, it was a joy to watch the Zibanejad, Lafreniere and Perreault Line. the were good! Rest of the Team was Meh, Sykora debut wasn't bad either

Fortesque looked good for his first time out. Skating was very good preparing to receive the puck and his head was up and he has great awareness… Great Hands for a defenseman. Poor man's Schaefer from what I saw and I might regret saying that. Lets see what happens by the end of the season.
Doesn’t the draft use the lottery system so even if the rangers have the fewest points no guarantee of first pick.its a deep draft so rangers should get between 1-5

I agree it is interesting to watch. A long, long way from a strong team however, and watching young people play against bottom dwellers is fun, but be cautious. The development group has had some big talent to work with and they have largely failed. Don’t know if they’ve done anything to upgrade their development group, but development/coaching is so vital first 2-3 years. And they have been horrible at it. Hope springs eternal.
