There should be two divisions teams, and then 4 wild cards. It would cut down on the easy path aspect
I like that the playoffs are mostly division-based. It encourages good rivalries. The 1-8 format sucked.
Imagine complaining when your team has not made the playoffs for five years. It makes you sound weak.
Why not just get rid of conferences and divisions and have the 16 best teams make the playoffs? It’s almost like the playoffs are supposed to be best on best 🤯
