  1. I understand Wilson has a reputation, but this really didn't feel that late. The announcers seem a little dramatic.

  2. Not even a full Mississippi after he got rid of it, good hit. Whistles blown after big hits, fights after clean checks, what's going on with this sport?

  3. This is definitely a penalty, but one you have to bear down and kill off for your teammate.
Side thought: I think if Wilson had hit him from the front that this wouldn't have been called. The blindside nature of this hit exacerbated how bad it looked so the refs had to call interference on this one.

  4. You have up to a second to hit a guy after he lets go a puck. Playoffs it’s damn near 1.5 seconds. This is clean.

  5. Remember McBain injured Ovechkin last season and made him miss some time with a broken leg. Pretty sure Wilson wanted some revenge here!

  6. 1:30 Bad announcers talking nonsense, but it's still a penalty; just not for what they said. The hit was not late and not a blindside hit. Wilson, however, did leave his feet before contact. Leaving your feet after contact is fine, but not before. That's a two minute charge all day long. Why that was called Interference makes no sense. Penalty or not and regardless of how they called it, DON'T WATCH YOUR PASS! Keep your head up and on a swivel!

  7. McBain skating to a danger zone with a blindfold on
Especially giving himself a suicide pass
    Don't know why that's a penalty

  8. The Jews and their Online Gambling have ruined sports.

109, but it's never their fault?

  9. This is pretty clean as far as Tom Wilson hits go. It's still hockey, ladies. He left his feet. It's a charge. That's it.

  10. Twitter is clutching pearls at this. The Wilson bias is getting annoying. Good hockey hit. Hard, but clean.

  11. I don't understand why anyone would ever take care of Wilson. How many players has he hurt over the years?

  12. There are multiple levels to the announcers inability to evaluate the game properly. I am no fan of Wilson but the puck leaves and he is like 5' away couldn't change his path if he wanted to. McBain shouldn't be looking back over his shoulder, this league is getting soft…..and these officials mismanaged the whole game not just this incident.

  13. Puck hardly long gone, it looks bad because McBain's head is turned and in the clouds. I'm not even a Wilson fan. Announcers also in a dream world.
