He will score 20 on the 3rd and 4th line. He doesn’t get a lot of opportunities. At the end of the day if given more opportunity he would be amazing, but I guarantee drai and mcdavid influence on him NOT being on the top 2 lines . If you watch closely you can see they don’t like playing with him.
I would go quiet too, he keeps getting pushed down the line up, not given much opportunity. The coach has a lot to do with bringing the best out of ppl. If you treat them 2nd class you get 2nd class.
I agree he is streaky, however I don’t think he’s a play or line driver. When he is with top guys he’s scores and when he’s not, he doesn’t. If the oilers cant give him a top 6 role next year, they shouldn’t extend him. If they do plan to use him there and the price is decent do it.
Streaky? Look at who he's playing with when he doesn't score….His assignments have been changing from a goal scorer to more of a defensive role. Just depends on the line he's on.
