Heartbreaking…bOTH brothers Killed by a drunk driver. WHY IS THIS BEING ALLOWED TO CONTINUE? There IS a SOLUTION to tracking and logging drunk drivers. i have asked our Congressman (j. Obernolte) for help and he refused. We CAN STOP DRINKING AND DRIVING. IF people want to stop the carnage, write YOUR Congressman and DEMAND they take action. TODAY! How? Most offenders are buying, and drinking, and then throwing the containers onto the road. All these containers have three things in common. 1. DNA 2. Fingerprints. 3. Littering min. fine $300. By collecting these containers, we CAN ID the drunk drivers and add each container to their Drivers License records (which are open to insurance carriers and judges)… Once the insurance carriers find out, insurance and ability to drive will suffer. IF they are cited by a policeman, the judge can/will see HOW MANY alcohol containers they have previously discarded before pronouncing sentencing. IF drivers FIND OUT and KNOW they can be tracked, the REAL PAIN of losing their insurance and ability to drive will be MORE than just going home and drinking on their couch.
