Outside of Connor McDavid, there might not be a player more important to their team than Robert Thomas.
Last year after he got healthy after the 5 Nations the Blues took off. This year after he gets healthy and plays well after the Olympic break their playing well.
I was wrong about him not being the next Blues captain. Without question he should be the next Blues captain.
He has to stay healthy. I believe he will after having that surgery. If he starts the next season off healthy and stays healthy, it's no question in my mind that the Blues will be one of the best teams in the NHL next season!
It’s fun to watch The Blues, might not be the best team but they all have learned a lot this year. Look forward to next year with the nucleus of this team.
