The veterans came up with the goods tonight. I thought the Anaheim forecheck was effective, transition hockey was solid and getting pucks deep in the Vancouver zone. However, the Canucks out worked Anaheim for good portions of this game, making the Ducks earn the two points. Another decent road win but against the NHL’s bottom dwellers I thought it was an even contest. The first ten minutes of the second was the only stretch I thought the Ducks showed their dominant prowess.
