Matt you're 💯 correct on the streaming and freedom of the press. Anglers are not infringing on any broadcast rights whatsoever. "Watching the Watchmen" & "Amegansett Press" are fighting for our 1st Amendment Rights in the USA daily. As a Southern born Mississippian & American I take our USA Bill of Rights seriously. Rules & Regulations do not trump the USA Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled on this more than once. Fox Sports knows this if this is really the reason they're walking on thin ice. B.A.S.S. is over stepping their boundaries, as well. This borderlines on censorship. The court of public opinion will be the final judge. I actually watched more B.A.S.S. because I could watch both. I will probably be watching less because I no longer have the choice to simultaneously watch both… 🇺🇸 On'em 🍺🎣

I have owned a programming company for over 25 years, in addition to operating a broadcasting system.
Regarding the podcast you mentioned, featuring the well-known ' Ugly Stick guy lollol hint hint ,' matt the matt…..
I would like to clarify some points.
Concerning broadcasting rights for bass to Major League Fishing (MLF), it is important to recognize that additional considerations are involved, such as station rights for television broadcasts or splash videos. Even modes of live transmission have their own documented rights.
Furthermore, you may pass this information along to them if necessary. By signing a contract, they agree to the terms stipulated therein, regardless of whether they are classified as 1099 contractors or employees.
MLF & BASS must retain all streaming rights in order to sell such rights to programming affiliates!
It is also essential to consider the legal implications of live streaming. For instance, if an angler were to appear unclothed or make inappropriate comments, Bass or MLF could be held legally liable, even if they did not record the incident.
Therefore, it is imperative to maintain all rights appropriately.
