Rough way for the Jackets to lose against the Islanders. Looked tired in the 1st/2nd and couldn’t get it going. Sorokin stood on his head in the third as well. Worth noting we’ve played 137 mins against the islanders without having a single penalty rewarded. Some horrible missed calls last night but it’s the way she goes sometimes.

Sunday saw @terranholmes1158 and @austinroberts7546 post a 6-3-1 record which topped us all
and I came in at 3-5-1 – For the weekend @TracyJean1972’s 18-5-2 mark was best and I came in @ 14-9-2
I'm convinced that the ghost of Gene Hackman as Hickory's coach (from Hoosiers) is screaming at the Stars players to pass the puck and they're listening. Frustrating game to watch.
You know, when I watch hockey all day my brain turns to mush and I can't think straight… how Shannon does this everyday is beyond my comprehension… Great job Shannon, thanks for all you do.

Blackhawks, Rangers, Flames, and even the Blues are all jockeying for that second draft position. These last twelve games will decide their fates. Blackhawks do not have an easy schdule but I guess at this end of the standings all of the teams have proven they can be beaten by most teams on any given day, so no counting of chickens until 82 have been played by all! That's April 16th after the Avs host the Kraken, unless they go to OT / SO and stretch the game beyond midnight somehow. Anyway, we'll know the percentages for draft position soon after that. We'll see if all the same draftees are available by then and what their likely order is at that time. Mathematically they don't but the Nucks probably have a lock on first lottery percentage position. Is this where we mention that Chicago has had recent first round first picks and mention Bedard and even Kane while other say that's only two picks in the 62 years they were eligible? Then someone points out that with 32 teams Chicago has to wait until year 65 for a third bite of the apple but someone else points out most of the teams didn't exist in the early draft years so 65s years is too long and the Blackhawks didn't draft first for fortyish years until getting Kane. Let the sour grapes and pond dog bones loose!

Weird event I am seeing in the 3 stars from Canada teams recently is a 3rd star being named with no points.
Cannucks did it for Snuggerud vs the Blues, and Calgary did it for Point on vs the Lightning. Point and Snuggy had zero points. Unless Calgary was just making fun with Point's last name, no clue why they are doing this with the 3rd star.

Columbus coming off a back to back where they played Seattle the day before hurt them. Why did it hurt them? Because watching the game against seattle… Columbus barely tried and won and basically had a playoff game the next day. And Columbus had zero PP was insane.
