The Pens need to get younger. They’re looking up at Carolina, whose five 20+ goal scorers are ages 30 (Ehlers), 28 (Aho), 25 (Svech), 24 (Jarvis), and 22 (Blake). In other words, they aren’t going anywhere.
The reffing was God awful. On a side note… maybe Geno should go back with Mantha and Brazeau. They were unstoppable together in the first 2 months of the season.
We'll be good once Sid gets rolling again. Not avg Sid, explosive Sid. Yeah everything was a big mess today. Prob would not have helped today, but Mantha needs more of a role. Putting Malkin at 2C and moving 39 up to the wing would be something id be interested in seeing. Letang needs to play with the best defensive guy we got and thats probably JSI at this point.

Pens haven't played there best vs hurricanes this season. Very tough schedule rest of season for pens

It’s crazy, you would think Carolina was the one fighting for their playoff lives but they wanted it WAYYY more than the penguins did!!

Don't forget 3 point games with Shoot outs and OT points. It's hard to make moves at the end of the season when teams play each other and barely move.
