    Always disliked Gruden honestly. But not on a personal level or really anything he did, Just circumstances really. But he was done wrong by Goodell and the NFL. A million reasons to fire someone but a private conversations shouldnt be one of them.

    As a Bucs fan, we love him too. It’s a shame how the NFL/ Raiders did him. I know he had some very tasteless, classless moments/ emails/ etc
 but I wish more people spoken up for him.

    Tampa fires Gruden and goes from 9-7 to 3-13, then misses the playoffs for twelve straight years. The Raiders fire Gruden right as his rebuild kicks in and they go from the playoffs to 15-28. He's not great at the draft, but if you want an instant shot in the arm, a culture change and getting the most out of underachieving veterans he's your guy.

    If only we could of kept both him and gruden that horse shit email scandal plus the ruggs incident set the raiders back another few seasons on it self I will forever hate Roger goodell for making gruden take that hit

    Gruden was done so dirty. Anyone with a half a brain knows he's no racist. He called out an ugly dude for being ugly. So ? Guy has tires for lips and an under bite. He's an unfortunate looking human. And I'm also a big lipped awkward looking fellow. But I own up to it
