Boy did I misread the game 12:15 š dominate after the first period
Canes donāt really get a ton of national attention, so no one has really called it out yetā¦ but Slavin hasnāt been right at all this season since returning from injury. Heās still āabove averageā most nights, but his effort feels pretty flimsy most nights (compared to previous years).
If it werenāt for the rest of their A+ defensive corps, Slavinās falloff would be hurting them far more than it has. 4 pts with a +5 rating in 29 games so far this season? Theyāll be in pretty big trouble unless Nikishin pans out to a solid 1A in the next 2 years.
They canāt even tank properly.
