  1. Small suggestion boys. If you have a picture you are showing the room (like the pic of Chris’ hair today), maybe you can edit the picture into the video for like 5 seconds so that the audience can see it? Not a huge deal, but would be appreciated. In the wise words of Chris, that would be GAS.

  2. Hey boys little info for you from home if you didn't know york(biddo/oob) high school won state in Ice hockey.

  3. $60 a month for a haircut is absolutely insane 😵
I've never lived in or near a city so cost of living is probably less. I currently pay $24 with a $5 tip about every 10 weeks. I could not fathom spending so much on hair. Maybe I'm cheap 🤷‍♀️ IDK

  4. As a VGK fan I am so so so disappointed with how the season is going. Hoping we can bring it back just a little this year. I obviously don't expect the cup lmao but c'mon

  5. Well, I just got made redundant from my job today, so it’s been a pretty shit day. Then I saw your video and realized Sean is back and honestly, that completely made my day. Welcome back Sean! Btw Chris wash your towels pls! Yes, you have to do this weekly my man!

  6. STFU The Bachelorette?!?! I never watch reality TV, but I love to hear people slam a bunch of douchy guys, so I always listen to reality TV podcasts 😂 this is such an elite pick!
Love it! Can't wait! Great haircut Sean!

  7. Fun fact: dreaming about losing your teeth is a sign of stress and is quite common across cultures. Things I learned in my high school psychology class!

  8. RESIDENT FEMALE ATHLETE FAN CHECKING IN FOR DUTY

For hair washing, frequency depends on the sport and intensity really.

I play 2-3 beer league games a week and workout 4-5x per week. I end up washing my hair about 2-3 times a week. I sweat, but not nearly as much as much as the dudes on my team, and so the gross hair situation doesn’t apply quite as much as it does with guys when hockey is concerned.

I play rugby too, and that is an everything shower after every rugby game. You have so much contact with the ground, dirt, and other players. You are covered in God knows what by the end of the game. Sometimes I even hose off like a barnyard animal if the game was especially muddy lol

Long story short, most women wash their hard 2-3 times a week, and manage with dry shampoo if they need it.

  9. Not Dan proving his point right instantly when it cut to Sean and I reacted the way he said people do LOL

  10. Female athlete here: I usually shampoo my hair every other shower (I shower everyday). This keeps it pretty clean, but not dry.

However, if I had sweat in anyway (practice, workout, etc) I will shampoo my hair without a doubt.

I also shampoo twice every shower

  11. I am strongly on team Men With Long Hair but also have to admit the fresh short cut is typically fire.

  12. As a Rangers fan…i can no longer hate Mac, jack, any of them. Legendary shit. Fuck yea boys! 🇺🇸

  13. on the note of haircuts: if you want to grow your hair out long, it’s actually good to get a trim every couple months at least so dead/split ends don’t creep up and jeopardize the health of your hair

  14. So many things, yes pay for Sean’s haircuts and toss in a silk pillow case or two, the man is a starving artist!
Pay attention to HOW you shampoo, you wanna really massage your scalp with the pads of your fingers, but not like scrub with your nails.
Lather rinse REPEAT, especially if you’re greasy maybe one of those “yuuup should have washed my hair last time”.
Dry shampoo is for everyone folks, there’s spray, powder, EVEN a balm/pomade.

… wash your helmets dudes, honestly replace the pads if you can, rinse/wash it out of the shower, hose it off when you’re outside, something. We all love to joke about smelly gear but bro. Bruh. Brothers. It circles back to what Dan said about investing in yourself. Look good (smell good), feel good. 🔥

  15. My grandmother was a dental professional and beat into my head you take care of your teeth. It hurts me to my soul to see all these guys with dental trauma. I know it's part of the history of the game and they are grown men but it is unnecessary pain and suffering. Your dental health is so connected to the health of the rest of your body. We're talking nutrition, infection risk, microbiome changes, bone resorbtion in the jaw so even if these guys want implants when they are done playing their anatomy might not support it anymore.

  16. I am a hairstylist of 10 years, and I would say you should shampoo after playing hockey/working out, if you leave the sweat in your hair it could clog the hair follicles and lead to hair loss, so definitely shampoo after workouts! But the normal day to day sweat or oils aren’t bad, and men can use dry shampoo too! Think of it like hair deodorant to help you feel fresh between washes 😘

  17. As a girly who works out daily, I only wash my hair if it looks oily or got ruined from sweat/feels gross from excessive sweat. But typically only wash twice a week for the sake of my scalp!
