  1. started following NHL hockey near the end of Rocket Richard's career (5 year Habs' Dynasty)

  2. Another ;lucky win as Bost out played MTL and yet again MTL looked so bad in their own end.

Everyone including this channel talk about RD LD and playing the correct side but if you pay attn to how MTL plays in their own end they tend to throw it around the net far to ooften .Well by doing so it ends up on the other D's back hand he can't corral it very well and is often having to throw back again around the boards.
lol @ mentioning save % that number would be th esame for EVERY team it's simple math and unless your giving up less than 20 and 2+ goals which never happens in MTL it will always be a .900 save %.So then we are simply talking about ….if we give up 2 goals we have a better record than when we give up 3+ …OH REALLY lmao go figure who would have guessed.
it ALWAYS comes down to shooting accuracy and for most it is not really accuracy but 9/10x it's luck like a deflection which then goes on buddy's stat sheet as a good scoring % even though he didn't aim his shot into the net.
Goaltending lol yeah how well has it panned out for Winn I thought Hellebucyk was the best goalie around ?
What about Binnington won a cup picked to be THE guy for team Canada how well did that pan out for Canada and St.Louis?
Goalies mean VERY little it's how the team plays and often more importantly how the opposing team shoots the puck becuase any goalie can have a .950% if the otehr team shoots right at the goalies pads.

  3. When Hutson went on his horse to setup the goal I was screaming SOMEONE GET IT FRONT GET IN FRONT…. Soft Handerson did it…. MY SON THINKS IM A HOCKEY GENIUS GO HABS GO!!!!!!

  4. I’m going with the goal scorer who scored five different ways in 1 game and 85 goals in 1988/89.

  5. Hutson has to play on the left side , its just stupid to put our best defenseman in a negative position

  6. Last night was way better than the weekend but, the trick is to it going in Det. It isn’t sexy, but strong defensive is required to win this time of year, more so once playoffs start.

  7. Carrier was the worst player for me yesterday. You have to control your stick. He got away with one later. We got lucky on that one.

  8. I'm 73 and a Habs fan. My second favourite team is the Habs. Jean Beliveau is my Habs idol and, in my biased opinion, I'm going with Guy Lafleur as my favourite goal scorer

  9. I don't see why TJ Hughes wouldn't seriously consider coming here if he's such a Habs fan and has played with Hage.

  10. Btw the Habs have 4 slam dunk top-6 forwards. Then potential ones in Hage and Zharovsky(who will be traded imo). The rest are bottom sixers who Hughes could easily compete with imo. The depth is not that great for them or TJ to take a shot.

  11. Imo, hard not to think of Ovi as the best scorer I have had the chance to witness. Especially in his prime there was literally nothing he couldn’t do.
