Boo him for what?
I think the trade for the Ducks was a smart move at the end of the day, I think Zegras still plays a very soft game where as Poehling fits the position in the lineup much better, could we use z sure, but idk i think the team we have is better without Z.

The trade was a good trade, zegras is doing well in Philly fans won't have anything bad to say about Z, he did well with the ducks but it was his time. Ducks fans aren't like Philly fans to boo ex players or those who shot them down to play for them lol
That was a good episode. I agreed with everything you said. Tonight, I'll cheer Zegras at first, but there's no need to boo or keep any cheers going on. The Ducks really need to get these 2 points and Z plays for the Flyers now.
I enjoyed your review of the trade of Z and learned a few things. I didn't know that Z and Kreider had been close. The trade seemed awful at the time, and is still puzzling. Obviously, GMPV never liked Z.
Nevertheless, Poehling has demonstrated that he fits into the group and has acquitted himself well. In the end, we can like or dislike a trade, but once it's done, it's time to close ranks and root for the Ducks. I didn't like giving up a 1st for Carlson and I don't think his first game was more than a C+/B- game, but he's a Duck now, so I'm looking forward to great things from him.
Moving on, I hope the Ducks can give Tristan Luneau some time back with the big club. It would seem that his skill set could be well suited for the NHL.
I don’t feel like fans should boo him. Honestly I kinda hope we cheer and show him some love upon his return. Not saying we want Philly to win because I want us to win the game badly.
I’m glad he has had a nice season after all of the injuries he has had to face. I wish he could have had that turn around with us, at least to the extent where if we traded him we could have gotten more of what he is worth.

Watching Zegras go through his typical cold streaks and the Flyers still sucking, while Poeling has been solid for us, helping us even when the first 2 lines struggle, we made the right move.
